I love to connect with people and take pride in supporting each guest on their unique skincare journey. I’m married and have 3 beautiful grown children. Outside of work I am a personal trainer at Bill Lawrence’s Personal Fitness, and I thrive in the great outdoors– whether it’s hiking scenic trails, exploring new travel destinations, or relaxing at local breweries with friends and family. Our cancellation policy is very important to us. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. We do require a credit card to be stored on file. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice your card will be charged 50% of the cost of the service booked. If you no-show your card will be charged for 100% of the cost of the service booked.

Kurt Ferry

Kurt is a licensed practical nurse and co-owner of Inspire Med Spa, where he specializes in laser tattoo removal and brings a calm, clinical expertise to every treatment. With a deep commitment to client care and results, Kurt ensures each visit is both effective and comfortable.

When he’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find him outdoors doing what he loves most—hunting and soaking up nature. He co-owns the Med Spa with his wife, Crystal, and together they’ve built a welcoming space centered on family, wellness, and transformation. They’re proud parents of two daughters who inspire everything they do.

 
 

Anna Mailliard

My name is Anna Mailliard, and I am an esthetician and nail tech at Inspire Salon & Spa. I graduated from LTI in Hermitage May of 2024, receiving my Nail Tech & Esthetician license. I currently offer manicures, pedicures, custom facials, facial waxing, and lash lift and tints, but I plan to add to my list of services in the near future! I have 2 dogs and 5 cats!!! I love to go fishing in my free time and try new restaurants! And I can’t go a day without ice cream! I am so excited to see all of the current and future Inspire clients!

Liz McCurdy

Hi! I’m Liz McCurdy and I have been a Physician Assistant (PA) since 2017. Emergency Medicine is my passion and I have also practiced in a variety of other fields such as ENT, Family Planning, Urgent Care, and PA education. My passion for helping others and expanding my expertise has led me to join the Inspire family, where I am excited to broaden my skills to include aesthetic medicine.

When I’m not working in the ER or at Inspire, you can find me on the sidelines, cheering on my two active teenagers at their high school sporting events. Family and friends are incredibly important to me, and I cherish spending quality time with them. I also enjoy boating and creating lasting memories with my loved ones.

With my diverse experience, commitment to continuous learning, and patient-focused approach, I am devoted to providing exceptional care and contributing to the success of my team, be that in the ER or at Inspire.

Stacey Peterson

Hello! My name is Stacey Peterson. I’m originally from Cochranton but currently living in Jamestown with my baby girl Raelynn and our doggies. 

I graduated from Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy after High school in 2008 and have been in the hairdressing industry since. I started my own business, Meraki Wedding Hair in 2018 and still continue to do weddings on the weekends. I am a new stylist here at Inspire and look forward to being back behind the chair full time. If I had to pick a favorite service it would be updos but I also love finding the perfect cut and color to make clients feel their best! 

When I am not behind the chair or with brides, I am enjoying being a mother to Raelynn. She’s my world! 

I also love long runs, crafting, traveling, hunting and just being outdoors. 

I would love to make you feel your best! My hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays 10-8 and Wednesdays 9-6.

Ella Gallo

Hi, I’m Ella! I am an esthetician and nail tech and I absolutely love seeing people’s faces after their appointment! Getting to know people is one of my favorite parts about this job. When I’m not at work I love to hang with my friends and family, go on walks with my dogs, read, paint, and watch hallmark movies! My favorite season is summer and I love to travel! I would love to get to know you:)

Summer McCartney

Hi! I’m Summer and I am an Esthetician at Inspire Salon and Spa and also a Permanent Makeup Artist at Inspire Med Spa. I’ve had 20 years in the beauty industry and have such a passion for all things related to your skin!


I have an amazing family consisting of my husband Bret, daughter Claire, and son Quin. If you ever see me outside of the spa, it’s usually at a sporting event because my kids are involved in a lot! I love the outdoors, spending time with family around a campfire, and our yearly vacations to the beach.


Facials are one of my favorite services to offer since you can always see and feel the difference afterwards! I also love brows, from waxing to microblading, they can completely change your look!


My hours at Inspire are Tues-Friday 8:30-3:30
(Fridays in Med Spa) and every other Saturday 9-2.

Carmen Schlosser​

Hey everyone, I’m Carmen!

My husband Matt and I have two beautiful blue-eyed boys, Grant and Ari, and a sweet little lady named Elsie! I absolutely adore being a mom and I have so much joy watching each phase of their childhood come and go. While we don’t have much free time for hobbies, I do cherish going on date nights with Matt and I love spending time with my girlfriends! I truly have the most amazing and supportive husband, and am beyond grateful for the guidance that my girlfriends have given me.

I have been in the industry since 2015 and am so thankful to be an Aesthetician at Inspire! My most-requested services are Lash Lift & Tints and Eyelash Extensions but I LOVE when I get to give a relaxing, Signature or Custom Blend Facial.

I also work Inspire Med Spa doing Lutronic Laser Treatments, Chemical Peel Facials, and Microneedling.  I love learning about all the latest technologies in the medical spa industry!

Hi there! I’m Kim, a Salon Coordinator at Inspire Salon and Spa, a role that I absolutely love and consider my “second career” following a fulfilling teaching career. I love creating a welcoming atmosphere where clients can feel relaxed and beautiful.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the salon, my heart belongs to my wonderful husband, our grown children and our two fur babies, who never fail to make us smile. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Jay! He and I have 3 kind boys. They keep us laughing and, in our house, there is never a dull moment. We enjoy spending time together. We love to go camping with friends. Those who know me know that really means “glamping”. I have many sisters, one brother, a few nephews and so many nieces. I am from a large Irish family so you know our gatherings are loud and crazy but so much fun!

Hey guys! My name is Ashleigh,

I moved to Conneaut Lake about 8 years ago when I started my career in cosmetology! My husband (Joe) and I have been together since I moved to Conneaut Lake and we now have two beautiful babes, Wyatt (5 years old) and Audrey (One and a half)!

My favorite side hobby is baking Gluten & Dairy Free baked goods & going to the gym! I started baking gourmet cupcakes when I was on maternity leave with Audrey and have just recently fell in love with living a healthier lifestyle and love cooking creative & healthy treats and meals!

Meadville has been my home for 23 years. I have three great teenagers who keep me busy and active. We enjoy the great outdoors, board games, and fun experiences together. 
Sports activities are common in our schedules and I always enjoy a good dinner date or a stop at the coffee shop with my daughter to catch up on all the “teenage” things.
 
I love a good hug, a long walk with my dog or a new painting is always a delight.

Hey! I’m Cheryl,

I’ve been in the salon industry since 1993 and joined Inspire in March of 2019. I’m the oldest stylist in the salon as noted on my first day from yours truly…Crystal.

Joining the Inspire family has been amazing! It makes me proud to watch young people grow and show so much love within this special industry.

In the salon my favorite service is foils and haircuts.
My favorite title in life…. Gramma!
My husband and I have raised 3 children. Now we have the joys of watching them grow their own families.

I enjoy all of the services I provide, but a full head of foils and a big transformation would have to be my favorite. 

Aside from the beauty industry, I love all things health and fitness. Running, lifting, yoga, hiking, you name it, I’m there! Fresh air and sunshine make me happy and I’m always up for a challenge. Hi, I’m Abby! I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2010. My journey began with a love of creativity and visiting my aunt’s salon as a young girl-I loved hanging out there and watching all the hairstylist!
I am passionate about enhancing your natural beauty and boosting your confidence! I’ve honed my skills in coloring, cutting and styling that is tailored to each guest that sits in my chair. I believe that a great hairstyle can boost confidence and it’s a perfect way to express yourself!

Lindsay Peters

I can’t believe how quickly these years are flying by! I have been working behind the chair since 2005, with Crystal since 2013.

Nate and I were married in 2013 and welcomed our sons Cole in 2017 and Cade in 2019. We have a mini doodle, Charlie and rescued a mixed bulldog, Dobby. We are huge Harry Potter lovers if you’re wondering where his name came from. Aside from HP, we are a Star Wars family and I’m hoping my boys will love LOTR just as much as I do one day.

We love to travel and hope to give our boys as many experiences in life as we possibly can. My happy place is watching the sunrise in Corolla, NC with my camera and a cup of coffee.

I love creating custom colors for my guests and learning new ways to give them the best haircut for their every day lives.

Hi everyone!

My name is Kaylee and I’m a Registered Dental Hygienist and Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner.
I was born and raised in Meadville and I graduated from Youngstown State University with my dental hygiene degree. After I graduated from college, I moved to Pittsburgh to work full time at an office that I’m so lucky to say I still currently work at 12 years later! I’ve also worked part time at multiple other offices in the city.

My interest in aesthetic medicine began last year. The most common dental question I’m asked is, “what can I do to make my teeth whiter?” Philips Zoom Whitening is a professional, safe, and effective option for people and we’re so fortunate Inspire offers this service. Meadville will always be “home” to me and Inspire Med Spa is such a relaxed atmosphere to be in. It’s a nice change from the clinical setting I’m used to working in.

I live in Pittsburgh with my fiancé and our dog, Lola, who moved to Pittsburgh with me 12 years ago! We enjoy all of the awesome things our city has to offer like going to a Penguins or Pirates game or seeing a concert in town but we also love coming up to Meadville to enjoy quiet time away from the city.

The services that I offer at the Med Spa are VI Chemical Peels, Microneedling, and Lutronic Laser Treatments. My favorite treatment to give at the Med Spa are chemical peels! They’re quick, easy and painless!

Summer McCartney

Hey everyone!!
I’m Summer, the Permanent Makeup Artist and a Medical Aesthetician at Inspire Med Spa.


While I’ve been in the beauty industry for 20 years, my experience with permanent makeup began in 2019. The services I provide are microblading eyebrows, lips, and eyeliner. I also do chemical peels and microneedling treatments. I’ve always loved working with people and making them feel and look their best, so adding these services just blended seamlessly!


My favorite service to perform in the med spa is microblading. I love being able to give someone more confidence without having to fill their eyebrows in every day. The excitement when they see them for the first time is the best part!


I love getting to spend my workdays making people feel better and can’t wait to see you in my chair!

Tess McMullen

Hello, my name is Tess, I am the massage therapist and body sculpting and contouring technician here at Inspire Med Spa! I can help you achieve total muscle relaxation or the figure of your dreams.

I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2020 and a Sculpting Technician since 2022.

My favorite services are a hot stone massage and wood therapy. They both do wonders on moving lymph to drain channels and reduce swelling and discomfort.

If I were stranded on a desert island, I would take sunglasses and a big floppy hat!

Hey I am Crystal Ferry, owner of Inspire Salon & Spa

My passion and love for this industry has been in my blood since a little girl! You will find me mostly still behind the chair 22 years strong! Razor cutting is my passion behind the chair!

I’ve been able to create my dream salon because of all of you! Also, lots of love and support from my husband, Kurt and my 2 girls Cora and Kate, along with an amazing family and friend tribe.
My Team here at Inspire is amazing and I am blessed to call them mine!
